On the family site You can find the family tree of Antonio Barberio, married with Barbara Tiano.Our ancestor cames from San Giovanni in Fiore (CS). We miss details about his family before he came to Scandale (KR). He had an important job at the palace of the baron Drammis (building's picture on demand) and he was married with a sister of the secretary Nicola Tiano. As I can see on the tree, some kids of my ancestor had 1 first name, others 3 first names. The kids with 1 name were called to his family and they were the oldiest: thus I think those names came from his parents. Kids with 3 first names were called to her family (Tiano). This kids emigrated to the USA and we miss details about his. Even my grandpa Leopoldo was for a while in New York: on a document we can see he was on the ship Prinzess Irene. BeantwoordenVerwijderenSearching "Barberio" on the web, we found your family tree. We are also named Barberio, living in France. My Dad Biagio was born in San Giovanni in Fiore in 1944. His father named Francesco BARBERIO. I think that we still have some aunts and uncles there. My father's family came to live in France in 1959, and never went back there.
He had 6 sisters who came at the same time. Three died. And the others live in the south of France.
We know that we also have some cousins in Mulhouse in France; maybe you have heard of them.
